A Slow, Different Kind of Education

Shelli from Mama of Letters had a recent blog post entitled “A Slow, Different Kind of Education”.  It was one that I could definitely relate to.

“This is a slow, different kind of education. We are not racing to the end of a curriculum. Instead, we are absorbing interesting topics, learning useful skills, and building a more purposeful curriculum that meets the needs of our individual students.”

Are you encouraging your children to develop a life of learning? Are you enjoying the time, not just racing to reach the end? This is a time to not only teach your children, but to enjoy them also!
